Direct Loan Signing Services range from $100-$250 per assignment. Please reach out for availability and a final quote. We work a case by case basis. Our main goal is always on building a strong working relationship with Real Estate Agents, Escrow, Title, and Loan Companies. We understand that finding a trusted and reliable Notary signing agent who is also well versed in Real Estate documents and verbiage is hard to come by.
